Growing Alongside Our Children: Director Bri Begins Her RIE® Practicum

At WPC Preschool, we believe learning is a lifelong journey! For children and for the grown-ups who care for them. This year, I'm taking my own step on that journey as a RIE® practicum student, and I'm honored to share it with you. This training moves me closer to becoming a RIE® Associate. More than a personal goal, I see it as a meaningful investment in our children, our families, our teachers, and the future of our school, especially as we prepare for our new infant-toddler program.

This anniversary is not just a number; it represents six and a half decades of laughter, growth, and the unwavering commitment to nurturing young minds and spirits.

Making a Difference Together: Partnering with the Speech and Cognitive Development Team from UCLA

We are thrilled to have partnered with the amazing Speech and Cognitive Development (SPOG) team! Led by the insightful Dr. Meg Cychosz, now faculty in the Department of Linguistics at Stanford University, their presentation was packed with practical strategies and research-based knowledge for fostering speech and language development in young children.
