The Leaders Behind the Learning

Brianne Naiman, our Preschool Director, brings nearly two decades of experience in education, curriculum development, and administration. With a profound passion for art and early childhood education, Brianne holds a BFA from California College of the Arts, where she studied illustration and education, and a master’s in early childhood education and administration from Pacific Oaks. She is committed to guiding children as they discover who they are and what they can achieve. In her spare time, she enjoys painting and walking Monte, her adorable dog.

Our Curriculum Specialist, Taj Anders, contributes over 25 years of expertise in early childhood education, with a strong focus on fostering curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth. Taj’s dedication to building engaging, research-based programs stems from her belief in the lasting impact of dynamic early learning environments. Her time studying Reggio Emilia philosophy in Italy has deepened her ability to create meaningful learning experiences for children and families. Taj grew up in Oaxaca, Mexico, and raised her son in San Luis Obispo. She enjoys going to the beach, hiking, art, playing pool, and her two cats.
